My teaching philosophy is always student-centered and I strive to create classroom environment where all students feel valued and respected, and where their individual strengths and needs are taken into account. I enjoy having various discussions with my students to allow them to use the language and improve their speaking skills. I want them to gain more confidence, so they won't get scared in using the English language. Moreover, I'm fond of vocabulary/expressions learning, so expect me to introduce lots of useful vocabulary and idioms during our sessions.

I believe that learning a language should be a free experience in which language learners find the courage to challenge themselves, activate their knowledge and make mistakes. My approach to teaching may differ based on the personality and learning style of my students and I try to find the best teaching methods and strategies accordingly. However, mistakes are never neglected; they are always recorded and later on we correct them together. As I'm a language learner myself, I know the complexities, challenges and insecurities you might face while learning English and I make sure you feel understood and relaxed.

I am energetic and try to keep lessons entertaining. I create lessons that encourage active participation.Moreover, I integrate a variety of multimedia resources, such as videos, images and interactive content. Lessons are modified according to your feedback. Every single class you will be using English. I use a variety of assessment methods to check your understanding. I tend to relate course content to real-world applications and examples. I show students the practical relevance of what you are learning.

I would describe my teaching style as coaching and facilitator. I try to ask the right questions and help students find the right answers with the help of demonstration and activities. Each class is different. As a teacher, I always try to clearly define the goals taking into account my students’ needs and expectations. Then, I come up with a well-organized plan considering what my students want to achieve. I know students benefit from an active learning experience and can create relevant connections between content knowledge and skills and application in the real world. So, I carefully follow each student’s progress in order to ensure they achieve their goals successfully. My classes are designed in order to develop all the skills (speaking, writing, reading and listening). I put a lot of emphasis on speaking skills, though.
